Tania began her artistic career as an illustrator for the fashion and lifestyle sections of Obsidiana Magazine (New York). Later, as part of the Data Motion Arts (DMA) studio’s animation team, she designed characters and backgrounds for such organizations as MTV, PBS, Hyperion/Disney, and Scholastic Books, receiving various awards from the International Animated Film Society (ASIFA) and CINE. In 2005 she joined MadArts Studios, in Brooklyn, New York, and District and Co. Gallery, in Santo Domingo. Related Post : commercial real estate in New Jersey
Tania has designed textiles for the L’Amour by Nanette Lepore line for JCPenney, and for Nicole Miller Intimates, among others, and has designed an artistic tile collection for Aguayo Tiles, in the Dominican Republic. She is the author of the books I Doodle Therefore I Am and To Doodle or Not to Doodle. She is also a painter, having participated in over 30 international and national exhibitions, including six solo shows.
