Alejandra began her career as a designer working for such brands as Stella McCartney, Anna Sui, and Vince Camuto, in New York City. In 2015, she studied accessory design at the Istituto Marangoni, in Milan. She worked part time for important Italian brands such as Furla and Sebastian Milano, learning about the construction of handbags and shoes. She received a prize for a collaboration with the handbag brand Furla in 2016.

Alejandra worked, in Spain, as senior designer of handbags for Zara Woman and Zara SRPLS. After working for three years in the fast fashion industry, she decided to open her own studio, Studio G47, and she worked as an independent designer for many brands such as Topshop, C&A y H&M. She is currently part-time creative director for the Spanish brand Farrutx, managing and designing collections of handbags and shoes.
