At CHAVÓN La Escuela De Diseño, we are proud to offer a personalized and detailed registration experience for those who wish to join our student community.

Once the applicant has been admitted, the school’s Admissions team will contact you to invite you to the Registration Day where we will accompany you step by step through the entire process. During this day, those admitted will receive their student card, class schedule, and the following documents will be delivered:

• Original birth certificate.
• Copy of identity card or passport.
• Medical certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree certificate issued by the MINERD or university degree.
• Official record of grades from the institution where he/she studied showing the last semester completed.
• 4 photos 2×2.
• Copy of medical insurance.
• Copy of vaccination card (General and COVID).
• Delivery of signed acceptance packet (sent by mail).

They will also have the opportunity to ask questions about our educational program, meet other students and explore our facilities.

At the registration day, the school’s admissions and academic team will guide the applicant through the process of completing the registration forms and providing all the necessary information to begin their journey at CHAVÓN La Escuela De Diseño. The tuition payment process and any other important requirements students should be aware of will be explained.
